Meal Metrics
Track calories by photo, voice or barcode, no account needed
A food tracker for iPhone that does the typing for you. Snap your plate, say what you ate or scan a barcode, then see calories, macros and 19 vitamins & minerals against targets for your body. No sign-up, and your data stays in your iCloud.
I'm very pro-privacy, and I got tired of calorie trackers that make you create an account and then lecture you about your diet. I wanted one that treats you as an adult: it gives you the facts and lets you decide.
So I built Meal Metrics. You can log a meal three ways: snap a photo, say it ("two eggs and a slice of toast"), or scan a barcode. Pip, the little orange, turns it into calories, protein, carbs, fat and 19 vitamins and minerals, measured against targets for your age, sex and body. Every number cites its source in the app.
No account, no sign-up: your meals live in your own iCloud, and it works with Apple Health.
I'd love your feedback, especially on what's missing for how you track food. I'm here all day to answer questions.
