We built MConnect out of direct frustration with daily studio operations. Managing creative pipelines means constantly sending contractor agreements, client quotations, asset deliveries, and outreach. Yet existing email campaign tools are over-engineered for direct 1-on-1 correspondence, while manually formatting rich emails in Gmail or Outlook inevitably leads to broken styling and layout glitches.
Developed as a core microservice within the Modest Human Brands ecosystem, MConnect was born to eliminate that friction. We needed a reliable way to maintain unified studio branding and inject dynamic project variables like recipient tags, custom pricing tables, and CTAs while keeping the output natively compatible with everyday mail clients.
What started as an internal script to fix broken HTML pastes quickly evolved into a dedicated visual composer featuring real-time responsive previews, brand asset styling, and production-ready lifecycle templates.
