Maxuod Shift is a browser-based weekly scheduler built in Halifax for restaurants, cafés, retail shops, and small hourly teams. Managers can build and export a schedule before signing up. A free account saves schedules for up to 12 employees and adds availability, tip distribution, overtime flags, wage estimates, roles, and PDF/CSV/XLSX exports. Province-aware prompts support payroll review; it does not process payroll or make compliance decisions. The mobile app is still in development.
Hi Product Hunt — I’m Diyang, a restaurant owner in Halifax and the builder of Maxuod Shift.
I started it because weekly scheduling in a small restaurant often lives in copied spreadsheets, paper notes, and messages. I wanted a manager to finish a useful schedule before being asked to create an account.
This launch is for the web version. Guest mode lets you build and download one schedule; a free account saves schedules for up to 12 employees and adds tips, overtime flags, wage estimates, roles, and exports. It helps prepare information for payroll, but it doesn’t process payroll or make compliance decisions.
I’m still testing the onboarding. Does the path from guest use to a free account feel clear? I’d really appreciate blunt feedback from restaurant owners, managers, and anyone who schedules a small hourly team.
A mobile app is in development, but it isn’t included in this launch yet.
