With nearly 90% of data leaks originating from human error in data handling , we knew organizations needed a safer, bulletproof way to share documents publicly.
Our Approach:
We built MavenDoc to handle true data redaction by completely removing the sensitive information from the file's digital layer. Over our 17+ years of experience working with high-security public sectors , we evolved the platform from a simple PDF redactor into a multi-format AI ecosystem that handles spreadsheets (with k-anonymization) , text, and audio transcription. Today, organizations like the Public Ministry (MPSC) use MavenDoc to cut down manual processing time by up to 90% while ensuring 100% compliance with data privacy laws.
