Postpartum recovery app: pelvic floor from week two, week four after a caesarean, and every session sized to the energy you log that morning.

Top comment

I built MatraBloom because postpartum recovery felt like an overlooked part of the conversation. There’s so much focus on the baby, but very little guidance for the mother navigating her own physical and emotional recovery. I wanted to create something that helps new moms take care of themselves without adding another overwhelming task to their day. That led us to build MatraBloom around personalized recovery guidance, gentle movement, and small daily steps that fit into real postpartum life. We’re launching today to learn from real moms, understand what’s actually useful, and keep improving MatraBloom based on their experiences. 💜

MatraBloom was hunted by Rahul. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
