Mastery-based progression, no ads, no in-app purchases shown to children, no engagement loops. A child must reach 90% accuracy to advance. Progress cannot be faked.
I built Math Biomes because every app I tried with my kids turned into entertainment. They'd sit for 45 minutes and learn nothing. I researched which countries produce the strongest math results and kept landing on Singapore, the Netherlands, and Hungary. I spent two years combining those methods into one app. My kids are the first users. They still ask to play it. That's how I knew it worked.
