J'ai construit Matchwork après avoir vu, encore et encore, le même problème chez les étudiants et jeunes diplômés d'Afrique de l'Ouest : les bonnes opportunités (bourses, emplois, stages) existent bien, mais elles sont éparpillées sur des dizaines de sites, souvent mal signalées, et il est difficile de savoir si une offre est fiable ou si c'est une arnaque.
Et même quand on trouve une vraie offre, il faut ensuite rédiger un CV et une lettre de motivation adaptés à chaque candidature précise — ce qui prend des heures, surtout quand on postule à plusieurs opportunités en même temps.
Matchwork résout les deux problèmes d'un coup : on centralise des offres vérifiées pour l'Afrique de l'Ouest, et l'IA génère un dossier de candidature (CV + lettre) personnalisé pour chaque offre en quelques minutes, à partir d'un seul profil renseigné une fois.
Le paiement est aussi pensé pour la région : Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Moov, BjPay), pas besoin de carte bancaire.

Really like the auto-tailored CV and cover letter idea, that alone saves hours. One thing that would make this way more useful is adding a tracker for application status and deadlines, maybe with a simple dashboard showing which offers you've applied to and follow-up reminders. Would help students stay organized when juggling tons of opportunities at once.

Le concept est top pour les étudiants ouest-africains. Une idée qui aiderait beaucoup : intégrer une vérification ou un badge pour les offres signalées comme vérifiées par d'autres utilisateurs, histoire d'éviter les arnaques qui pullulent sur ce type de plateformes. Ça renforcerait vraiment la confiance dans le service.
this looks genuinely useful for west african students, especially the auto generating cv and cover letter thing for each offer. bookmarking this for my cousin who's been hunting for internships forever.
Honestly this is really useful for the West African market, one thing though that would make a huge difference is adding a built in mock interview practice feature that uses the same job description to generate questions and give feedback on your answers, basically closing the loop from application to actual interview prep.
The auto generated cover letters actually fit the job descriptions pretty well, way better than what I'd write on my own. Super useful for students in West Africa who don't have time to apply everywhere.
