I built Mass Email PRO because every bulk email tool I found either charged per email, had sending limits, or stored my contact list on their servers.
The idea is simple: bring your own SMTP (Gmail app password, Outlook, Office365) and send to as many people as you want. Your data stays yours.
How it works in 4 steps: → Configure your SMTP once (presets for Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo/Office365) → Upload a CSV/Excel with your recipients → Compose your email (Plain Text or HTML, with {Name} personalization) → Hit Send — with live stats (Sent / Failed / Pending) and activity logs
You can even attach per-recipient files (like personalized invoices or certificates) by referencing filenames in your CSV.
It's completely free. No account required. No limits on my end.
