It's not a PDF reader. It's not a chatbot. It's the unglamorous but critical first step that most AI workflows are missing - converting your documents into a format that LLMs can actually parse properly.
Here's the problem we kept seeing: people were pasting PDFs into ChatGPT and getting confused, hallucinated answers - and blaming the AI. But the real issue is that raw PDFs are structurally terrible for language models. Tables collapse. Scanned pages are invisible. Formatting noise wastes your entire context window.
