MarginFlow reads your signed contract and your Gmail (read-only) to catch client requests that are quietly outside scope — the "can you just also..." emails that eat your margins. It flags them, then drafts a change-order email you can send in one click. Built this after losing count of the hours I gave away for free on client work.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm a solo dev/founder, and I built MarginFlow because I kept doing the same thing on every client project: agreeing to "one small addition," then another, then realizing three weeks later I'd built half a new feature for free.
The idea is simple — connect your Gmail (read-only) and upload your signed contract, and MarginFlow watches for client requests that fall outside what you agreed to. When it spots one, it flags it and drafts a change-order email for you, so you're not the one who has to be "that person" asking for more money.
It's live now at marginflow.in if you want to try it. Would genuinely love feedback from anyone who's ever eaten a scope-creep hit — what would make this actually useful for your workflow?

Who hunted MarginFlow?
MarginFlow was hunted by Syed Mubashir. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
