I'm Andrei, co-founder of MAnia Trainer.
The idea came from watching Anna (my partner and a forensic psychologist) work with leaders and executives. The most common pattern she sees: people know what they want to say — but fall apart when the other person pushes back.
Coaching helps. But you can't practice with your coach every time a hard conversation comes up.
So we built an AI that plays the difficult person — with realistic behavioral profiles based on real forensic psychology. Not a polite chatbot. An actual sparring partner.
