Unsubscribed, bounced, and suppressed contacts do not count. Platform sends are unlimited. You send through your own Amazon SES; AWS bills the volume. Data is EU-hosted, with GDPR export and erasure and double opt-in. Native Shopify and WooCommerce, plus a unique discount code per recipient.
