Just because you throw the word AI in front of something doesn't mean its going to be better.
In this case, as a MailerLite user for years, I feel this is a massive step back.
The tool is clunky, laggy, and unpredictable and makes the process of building a newsletter so much less enjoyable.
The rich text editor executes some things much better but doesn't have enough features to use on its own.
Really frustrated by this change as I never had to use support until the new editor came out.
And it's not because I don't know how to use it, I've read all the documentation. Its because its a frustrating mess of a tool.
