We run our company mail on mailcow (self-hosted, in Germany). The one thing we missed from Microsoft 365 was proper signatures: mailcow's domain-wide footer always lands at the very bottom, after the entire quoted conversation.
So we built mailcow-signature: an rspamd plugin that finds the newest reply in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, SOGo & co. and inserts the signature right there – plus a web UI with a guided setup, ready-made layouts and a live dark-mode preview.
It runs before DKIM signing, never touches S/MIME/PGP or calendar invites, and if anything goes wrong the mail is sent unchanged. One-line installer, dry-run mode included.
