Most macro calculators I tried online either hide the formula, round aggressively, or use outdated activity multipliers. So I built one that shows its work: Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR, standard TDEE activity multipliers, and ISSN-backed protein ranges (1.6–2.2g/kg depending on your goal) rather than a flat guess.
You pick your goal - fat loss, muscle gain, maintenance, or recomp and it adjusts the deficit/surplus range and protein target automatically. Fat is allocated first (you control the %), and carbs fill the rest. Everything recalculates live as you adjust the sliders, and it works in both metric and imperial.
No login, no email capture, just your numbers. I'd love feedback - especially if you spot an edge case where the math looks off.
