The idea for Luwp came from a simple observation while working with service businesses.
Almost every business we spoke to had the same problem. Customers were finding them, sending WhatsApp enquiries, and then... waiting. Not because the business didn't care, but because they were busy doing the work. Installing solar systems. Fixing plumbing. Meeting clients. Running the business.
By the time they replied, the customer had often already moved on.
We realized businesses didn't need another chatbot, they needed a way to keep customer conversations alive until they were available.
That's why we built Luwp.
