I’m Riad, an independent maker from France.
The idea for Luteal came from a simple observation: many women can predict their period, but struggle to understand why their emotions, energy and motivation seem to change throughout the month.
Most cycle tracking apps focus on periods and fertility. I wanted to build something that helps women better understand themselves and the patterns behind how they feel.
One feature I’m particularly excited about is partner sharing, which helps couples better understand each other throughout the different phases of the cycle.
Luteal is built with privacy in mind: no ads, no selling data, just a simple way to gain more awareness of your cycle and emotions.
