Hey! I'm Luke, an NHS Doctor and the founder of Pia (https://www.piahealth.co) that developed Lungy (https://www.lungy.app). Exactly one year since Lungy's first launch, I’m delighted to announce Lungy 2.0!

Lungy is a new iOS app which recognises & responds to breathing. It is developed to be a powerful, next-generation breathing exercise platform:
🌱 It transforms each breath into a reactive, audiovisual experience, making breathing exercises more engaging and fun, helping relieve stress and anxiety & improve sleep.
🌳 Its visuals are inspired by nature, each with its own unique breath & touch interaction – a breath can cause a dandelion to disperse, fabric to blow in the wind, or a huge nebula to swirl
🌌 It exploits the full power of smartphones, running complex fluid, cloth and soft-body simulations in real-time.
🎉 Version 2 is a complete overhaul of the UI, amazing new visuals and the most requested features from users, such as custom exercise timing, and Learning resources.
💯✨ There are lots of other breathing and meditation apps, but Lungy is different: - Rather than the user just listening to a sound recording or following instructions, Lungy’s breathing exercises are an evolving experience that responds to you.
😚💨🌱 - It gives personalised feedback after each breathing exercise & tips on the user's progress.
📈 - All of Lungy’s visuals are generated on the device, so no large audio/video downloads or wi-fi connection is needed.
🙌 We are working to fully support the iPad and an Android version will hopefully be available in 2024. We're also developing a version Lungy Health for patients with asthma and COPD.
Lungy has a freemium model, with the premium version ‘Lungy Deluxe’ unlocking all visuals and exercises and more detailed progress data. Lungy is available today for free download on the iOS App Store in 8 languages!
