Lumencam is a pocket camera for iPhone with film and custom looks you see live before you shoot. Import your own LUTs (.cube or HALD), build presets in the app, save full camera setups as profiles, and shoot RAW for free. No editing afterwards.
Hi Product Hunt!
I'm Nikita, a photographer who started writing code so my camera could do what my editing apps did.
For years my workflow looked the same: take a photo, move it to an editor, fine-tune the colors, export, repeat. One day I thought: if I already know the look I want, why can't I see it while I'm shooting? That question became Lumencam.
At its core are filters I designed myself, shaped on my own shoots until skin tones, highlights and colors felt right to me. You see them live in the viewfinder, so the photo you take is already the photo you wanted.
What's inside:
* My own handcrafted filters, plus a set of film-inspired looks
* Live preview of every look before you press the shutter
* Your own LUTs: drop in a .cube file or a HALD image
* An in-app editor to create looks from scratch
* Profiles that remember your look, white balance, exposure and format
* 48 MP photos on supported iPhones
* Camera Control support for zoom and exposure on iPhone 16 and newer
No sign-up and no cloud: your photos never leave your phone.
I'm building Lumencam on my own, so every comment really shapes what comes next. Tell me which filter you liked most, or what look you'd love to have in your pocket. Thank you for stopping by! 🖤
P.S. Shooting in RAW is free, as many photos as you want.
