Hey Product Hunt, I’m Mustafa. I’m a designer by background and I built Loyaltide on my own.
I’ve shipped a few products myself, and the same thing kept happening. People signed up, looked around, and quietly left. I kept changing the landing page and the pricing, but I never knew who was about to go or why.
Most of the answer was already in Stripe. A failed payment nobody followed up on. A downgrade two weeks before the cancellation. A cancellation already scheduled.
Loyaltide reads that data. You connect Stripe (read only, it can’t move money), and it lists the customers who look like they’re leaving, with the reason next to each name. No machine learning, no mystery score. Every flag points to something that actually happened.
It’s early and I’m still learning who needs it most. So I’d like to ask you something: when a customer cancels, what do you check first? I’m trying to work out what to show before that moment.
