Lora
A running coach that changes your plan when you tell her
Most running plans hand you a schedule and expect you to follow it. Lora works the other way. Tell her your calves are tight or Thursday is gone, and she rewrites the week. She reads your watch data and coaches you by voice during the run. iPhone only.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Damien, I run IT for a living in Brussels and I build apps on the side.
Lora started with my own running. I've had long stretches where my body didn't follow the plan, and every app I tried treated that as my problem. Miss a session, the plan stays the same. Say you're tired, nothing changes. I wanted a coach that listens first.
So that's what Lora does. You talk to her like you'd text a coach: "slept badly", "my calves are tight", "I can't run Thursday". She adjusts today's session and rebuilds the rest of the week around it. With an Apple Watch she reads your runs, heart rate and HRV from Apple Health. Garmin, Coros and Polar go through Intervals.icu. During the run she guides you by voice, so you never look at the screen.
It's iPhone only for now, available in nine languages. It's a paid app: free to download, coaching is a subscription. The conversation runs on a language model, the plan itself is built by rules I wrote.
I'd love feedback from runners, and I'm happy to swap notes with anyone building in health or fitness. I'll be here all day answering.

Who hunted Lora?
Lora was hunted by Damien Flasse. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
