I'm the founder of Loqara.
I started building Loqara after seeing how many website chatbots still feel like glorified FAQ widgets. They can answer a few predefined questions, but the moment a customer wants help finding the right product, checking an order, or actually taking the next step, the conversation often falls apart.
I wanted to build something closer to having a real member of your team available 24/7 — without the complicated setup that usually comes with AI agents and chatbot platforms.

honestly the one click embed sounds great, but it would be super helpful if the agent could hand off tricky questions to a real human with full chat history attached, instead of just leaving the customer stuck in a loop with the bot
Dropping it onto a test site took like two minutes, which honestly shocked me. The voice agent actually understood my messy product questions and pulled up order info without me having to repeat myself.
