LoopSuite gives small service businesses a team of AI employees without another complicated dashboard. Hire ready-made employees for jobs like enquiries, quotes, payments or social posts. They work in the background, message you when they need information or approval, and return finished Results in a familiar chat. Use Manager for two-way help, bring it into staff rooms, and connect the apps you already use. Available on web, iOS and Android.
I built LoopSuite because small business owners do not need another dashboard full of switches. They need reliable help that feels as simple as messaging a colleague.
In LoopSuite, you hire an AI employee for a clear job. It gets on with the work, asks when something is missing, pauses when approval matters, and brings the finished result back to the thread.
We are focusing first on trades and service businesses, where the owner is often on the tools and admin has to fit around the real work. I would love honest feedback on which employee you would hire first, and where you would want more control.

Who hunted LoopSuite?
LoopSuite was hunted by Karl Harris. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
