Logio is the simplest free web app for private landlords. Track rent and receipts, automate reminders and IRL rent revisions, and keep every lease, diagnostic and equipment in one place. 100% free — no card, no limits. Built in France, for French landlords.
Hi everyone,
I'm Guillaume, a product designer and landlord based in Montpellier, France.
I built Logio because every rental-management tool out there is made for professional property managers handling dozens of units. But 70% of French landlords own just one rental. For them, those tools are overkill — cluttered, and expensive the moment you pass the free tier.
So I spent my Sunday evenings juggling Excel and Word, until I decided to build the tool I actually wanted: clean, mobile-first, and genuinely free.
Logio handles the basics (leases, rent tracking, automatic receipts, IRL revisions, tax export) — but what I'm most proud of is what comes next: a logbook of your property's equipment and its maintenance, categorized incident reports, and a vault that keeps every document in one place. Not just a receipt generator — the full memory of your property.
It's 100% free. No card, no limits, no upsell. The app is in French (it's built for the French market), but I'd love your feedback on the product and the approach.
Thanks for taking a look!

Who hunted Logio?
Logio was hunted by Guillaume Pons. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
