LogaFlow gives you a complete platform to collect, manage and act on your users feedback, helping you helping you build products your customers love and fix problems faster and more efficiently.
I developed Logaflow out of frustration with vague bug reports from users and QA teams. Often, bugs were reported without sufficient details, making them hard to replicate and fix. Existing tools like jam.dev had limitations, such as requiring a Chrome extension. I wanted a simple, non-extension-based solution that provided comprehensive bug replication data, including logs, environment details, and action replays. Logaflow aims to streamline bug reporting and debugging, improving communication between QA, developers, and users, ultimately speeding up the resolution process.
This is exactly what product teams need to enhance their decision making. understanding user needs should be at the forefront of development.
Congratulations on the launch .
Logaflow makes it easier and faster for users to ask questions.
Of course, if it's just about submitting question records, I think there are many product experiences that can be learned from. I wonder if you are aware of beep; their experience is quite impressive.
However, I also find some aspects of your product very appealing, such as the ability to quickly view API error messages, which surprised me.
Keep up the good work.
Great launch! Vague bug reports are the bane of my existence. Love that it captures environment details and action replays without needing a browser extension. Curious how it handles different types of apps - web, mobile, desktop?
