Your lock screen is your most intimate real estate. Now it's a canvas for two. Send a photo, a video, a drawing — it appears on your partner's lock screen. No notification. No banner. Just there, the next time they pick up their phone. Memory Wallpaper brings their background back after. Time-zone scheduling. Shared Premium. Android-only by design — Apple doesn't allow wallpaper apps. Love speaks 87 languages. So does LockLove. From Barcelona, with love.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Randy, solo maker from Barcelona. LockLove is the most personal thing I've ever built.
The idea came from a dumb question: why is the first thing we see 100 times a day a bank notification or a calendar alert? My partner should win that real estate. So I built a way for her to.
LockLove lets couples send photos, videos, drawings — anything — straight to each other's lock screen. No notification, no DM UI, just there the next time the phone wakes up. When they've seen it, their own wallpaper comes back. I call it Memory Wallpaper.
Some things I'm proud of:
• Native Android WallpaperManager + live OpenGL engine — no workarounds, no hacks
• Time-zone-aware scheduling (my partner and I are a few hours apart)
• 87 locales shipped day one
• Shared Premium — one of you pays, both get everything
One thing before the comments: Android-only by design — Apple literally doesn't allow apps to set wallpapers. Instead of a half-baked iOS version, I'm going deeper on Android.
Some things I'd love your honest take on:
1. Is the Memory Wallpaper concept clear from the gallery video, or does it need a second to land?
2. Monthly + quarterly only (no annual) — smart or stupid for a product that's about daily rituals?
No launch-day discount, no gimmick. If you try it and it clicks, great. If it doesn't, I want to know why. I'll be here all 24h, talk to me.

Who hunted LockLove?
LockLove was hunted by Randy Esperben. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
