LockFlow is an iOS parental control app that turns screen time into a request-and-approve flow. Kids can ask for extra time with a voice note or photo proof of effort, while parents review and respond from iPhone or Apple Watch. Built for families who want clear limits, less conflict, and more visible progress.
I built this because screen time management often breaks down at the exception. Setting a limit is easy. Handling “Can I have 15 more minutes?” is where many families start arguing.
LockFlow is built around a request-and-approve flow. Kids can ask for extra screen time with a short voice note and optional photo proof of effort, such as homework, chores, reading, or practice. Parents can review the request and approve or decline from iPhone.
The goal is not unlimited screen time. It is to make exceptions more intentional, more visible, and more connected to effort.
I’d love feedback from parents, iOS users, and makers:
- Would this reduce screen time conflict? - Would voice notes and photo proof feel helpful or annoying? - What would you expect from a parental control app before trusting it?
