I built **LocalMuse** because I wanted AI image generation that didn’t require sending every prompt and photo to a remote server.
The idea is simple: download a model once, then generate and edit images directly on your iPhone or iPad.
LocalMuse currently supports:

* Inpainting
* Upscaling
* SD 1.5 and SDXL models
* Offline generation after the model is downloaded
There’s no account required, no ads, and no generation server involved in the creative workflow.
Since everything runs on-device, performance depends on the device and model you use — optimizing that experience has been one of the most interesting parts of building it.
The app is still new, so I’d really appreciate feedback, especially around performance, model support, and the editing workflow.
