Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built llmspeed because "how fast will this model run on my hardware?" is surprisingly hard to answer. Benchmarks are spread across Reddit threads and spreadsheets, and a number like "30 tok/s" doesn't tell you how it actually feels.
So llmspeed lets you feel it: pick a GPU or Mac and a model, and watch the answer stream at the real speed, including the wait before the first token.
What you can do:
⚡ Simulate 100+ hardware and model combinations, at any quantization
🏁 Race two setups side by side (e.g. RTX 5090 vs M5 Ultra)
🧮 See whether a model even fits, and how much memory it needs
🔗 Share a link to any race
Where the numbers come from: verified community benchmarks (r/LocalLLaMA, localscore.ai and more) where they exist. Missing combinations are derived from similar setups, and unreleased hardware like the M5 Ultra is projected from specs. Every result is labeled so you know which kind you're looking at.
