I built LLM Unboxed because I was tired of seeing AI explained in two extreme ways: either as "mystical digital magic" or through pages of intimidating math formulas.
Most people learn best visually. I wanted to create an open playground where anyone can actually *watch* the engine turn—seeing text get tokenized, projected onto semantic coordinate maps, routed through attention networks, and evaluated through sampling pools step-by-step.
**A few key highlights:**
• Beginner-Friendly UI:
We re-framed complex Machine Learning jargon into intuitive concepts like *Word Meaning Mapper* (Embeddings), *Context Connector* (Self-Attention), and *Working Memory* (KV Cache).
• Visualizing Hallucinations:
One of my favorite scenarios demonstrates real-time *Topic Drift*—showing how attention blips stray into adjacent node clusters until the model confidently outputs a false fact.
