Lleverage runs the back office of manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors with AI agents. They read orders, invoices and purchase orders from email and PDF, check them against the ERP (SAP, Business Central, Exact, NetSuite and more) and post the clean ones. People only handle the exceptions, with approvals and a full audit trail. No migration: the ERP stays the system of record. EU hosted.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 Factories have spent decades automating the floor, but walk into the office next door and people are still retyping customer orders from PDFs into the ERP, line by line. We built Lleverage to take that work off the desk: AI agents that process orders, invoices and POs inside the systems companies already run, and hand only the exceptions to a person. Topa went from 4 FTE on order entry to 90%+ handled automatically. Happy to answer anything about how it works under the hood.
How do you handle an invoice that doesn't match the purchase order and who signs off?
Keeping the ERP as the system of record seems like a practical choice here. Giving people the exceptions to check feels much easier to introduce than asking an operations team to replace the system they know.
