Hi Product Hunt! I’m Julieta, co-founder of LivyApps.
We’ve been building apps and tools for 10 years, and this is the first time we’re launching here. Livy is our loyalty app for Shopify: points, abandoned cart recovery and win-back in one place instead of two or three separate apps.
Where we’re heading: we’re moving Livy toward building each store’s loyalty program with AI, shaped around what that specific merchant needs instead of a one-size-fits-all setup. We’re still shaping it, and I’d love to hear what you would want it to do.

How does the migration work in practice? Is it a CSV import or do you connect directly to apps like Smile or LoyaltyLion?
Can merchants customize the look of the rewards page to match their store’s theme?
Any plans for VIP tiers or referral rewards down the road? Looking forward to trying it out!
As someone running a Shopify store, the migration feature is what caught my eye. Switching loyalty apps usually means losing point balances and annoying your best customers, so being able to bring everything over (including retroactive points) removes the biggest reason people stay stuck with a tool they don’t love. Congrats to the team!
