I built LiveApply after experiencing a frustrating problem firsthand. I was applying for a Product Manager role and realized I had a stronger resume ready the next day but had no way to update my application even though no recruiter had seen it yet.
That felt wrong. So I started asking why.
The answer was simple. ATS platforms are built for recruiters and companies. Not for candidates. The lock triggers on submission not on recruiter action. That is the flaw.
LiveApply fixes this with one core principle: the window stays open until the hiring team actually starts reviewing. The moment the recruiter initiates a batch download of all resumes, every candidate's window closes simultaneously. Fair for everyone.
