I started building Lion’sNotes after years of struggling to keep my own life organized across too many disconnected tools — notes, tasks, habits, expenses, everything lived in separate places and never felt connected or alive.
Over time, I realized I didn’t just want another productivity app — I wanted a real-time system where my daily life actually lives and updates as things change.
Lion’sNotes is a real-time personal system that brings together notes, tasks, habits, and life tracking in one place, with live updates across devices. It’s designed to feel less like static software and more like a living workspace.
The real-time and live collaboration features make it useful not only for personal organization, but also for families planning daily life or trips, teams coordinating tasks, and even friends managing shared plans or expenses together.
I won’t pretend it’s perfect, but I’m proud to finally release something I genuinely use myself every day.
