Hi Product Hunt — I’m Kiet, maker of Linkpolish.
Sharing a clip should mean sharing the post, not a long string of referral and tracking parameters. Linkpolish is a small tool focused on that one job.
There are three ways to use it:
• Web: paste a TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X link, clean it and copy.
• Chrome popup: open it on a supported post to detect and clean the link; it updates while the popup stays open.
• Optional quick-copy: enable TikTok, Instagram or YouTube separately to get a clean-link button beside Share on supported feeds, Reels, videos and Shorts. Native Share stays unchanged.
Direct links are cleaned locally. TikTok short links use our HTTPS resolver. The extension has no analytics or link history, and site access can be turned off per platform. Cleaning strips URL-based tracking; it does not make sharing anonymous or unlock private content.
The web app is live and free, with no account. The Chrome extension is currently awaiting Chrome Web Store review.
