Like many people, I've started learning languages multiple times and quit multiple times. Most apps teach vocabulary well, but staying motivated every day is the hard part.
So I started building LinguaPet – a language-learning app where your progress helps you collect, hatch, and evolve magical pets.
The idea was simple: what if language learning felt more like raising a companion and less like completing homework?
Every lesson earns XP, helps your pet grow, and unlocks new creatures for your collection. We wanted to combine effective learning with the progression systems that make games so engaging.
