I built LightHeart because I found myself often talking to ChatGPT about my problems, my thoughts, and the things happening in my life. It helped in the moment, but I felt something was missing: I needed a place that could truly remember who I was, what had happened to me, and how different moments in my life were connected.
That’s why LightHeart is not just another AI chat app.
It is a private AI-assisted reflection space with memory, timeline, and personal context. You can write or talk about what you are going through, and LightHeart can help you organize your thoughts, revisit past episodes, and understand the patterns behind what you are feeling.
One of the most important parts of the app is the timeline. I wanted a way to keep track of my life through episodes, memories, turning points, and personal experiences — not as random notes, but as something structured and meaningful over time.
LightHeart also uses vector memory, so the app can maintain context across your reflections and understand what you are referring to when you talk about people, situations, recurring problems, or past events.
I built it because I wanted a more rational and objective perspective on the circumstances of my life: a quiet place that helps me think more clearly, connect the dots, and understand myself better.
