I'm Joseph, a solo dev who built LiftLegends because I kept falling off my workout routine. Every fitness app felt like a chore.
So I asked: what if my workout actually mattered to something I cared about?
Now I have a Fire Dragon that needs me to train. If I skip the gym, he doesn't evolve. If I stay consistent, we battle together and climb the leaderboards.
It sounds silly, but it works. I've been more consistent in the last 3 months than the previous 3 years.
The AI workout generation is powered by Claude — just tell it your goals and equipment, and it builds your plan instantly.
