Lifestack syncs with health data from wearable devices to optimize scheduling based on energy levels. It helps you plan deep work when you’re most productive and take breaks when needed—helping you get more done without burning out.
I'm Nao, cofounder and CEO of Lifestack! Today, I’m excited to announce the launch of our web app and AI scheduler on Product Hunt 😺
Lifestack integrates with your calendar, todo lists, and wearable devices to help you schedule tasks and activities at the right time, factoring in your calendar events, circadian rhythms, stress levels, and more 🗓️
You all requested a web version so we quickly built one! The web app isn’t just a calendar view; it also comes with a Kanban board, making it even easier to time-block your to-dos 🚀
But that’s not all! Over the past few months, we’ve been working on our AI scheduler. With just one click, you can timeblock your calendar based on your energy levels. It’s still an early feature, but I’d love for you to try it out and share your feedback!
At Lifestack, we believe that health and productivity go hand in hand. By helping people schedule their days based on their energy levels, we want to make productivity feel more natural, sustainable, and effective. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible at the intersection of health and productivity! 🔥
Please check out our launch posts on X / LinkedIn as well, and spread the word about Lifestack!
I found it amazing as it identified my peak productivity periods working long hours during whole day.
Lifestack sounds like a really smart way to plan the day! I love the idea of scheduling tasks based on energy levels instead of just filling up a calendar. If things change last minute, does the AI adjust the schedule automatically?
Love the idea! Looking forward to the Notion Calendar integration! Any estimates on that?
Congratulations on launching Lifestack! Your approach to integrating health data for productivity optimization addresses a significant challenge many face in managing energy levels.
How does Lifestack determine the ideal scheduling adjustments based on varying health metrics, and what types of wearable devices are compatible with the platform?
Oh man, I wish I had this app when I was in college! I have a few questions: 1. Does it have a pomodoro timer for focus while working on scheduled tasks? (tide.fm is my go to for this) 2. Can I mark the scheduled activities as tasks as done? What happens to the one that are incomplete? Is there an easy to help manage the unfinished tasks? 3. Since wearable data is not mandatory, does the app perform better when wearable data is connected? For eg, does it learn and adapt from my stress levels, heart rate, menstrual cycle phase etc.?
Honestly, I've been searching for something that could help me with burnout, match my energy level, and reflect the same on the calendar. The product sounds like it could be a real game-changer for people like me. It's exactly the kind of thing I've been hoping to find! Amazing work, you guys :).
I saw this product at the TechCrunch booth! It’s awesome! I love that it helps me understand whether I need to take a break or work hard based on my life cycle. The most attractive feature is that it tells me the best time to focus. Plus, I appreciate that it can be used on any device. Congratulations on the launch!
Congrats on launching! I love the combine of time blocking and health energy!
I love it, it's similar to GTD's contexts when you assign energy levels to tasks and filter based on them. But this takes a lot more into account to create better task lists. How does it know which tasks need more effort?
Forget Anthropic, forget OpenAi, forget DeepSeek. Lifestack is the single most important AI integration.
Congrats to Nao and the Lifestack team! 🎉 Syncing health data with scheduling is such a smart approach to productivity. Really curious to see how the AI-driven management system evolves over time. Wishing you all the best with the launch! Taka
Congrats @nao_yukawa and team on another launch! Been a pleasure watching Lifestack since the beginning! I’ll be sure to try it out again to see what’s new! Wish you much luck ahead! 🚀🚀🚀
