Hi Product Hunt — I’m Brett, a social worker in Australia and the maker of life.admin.
I started building it because everyday life is spread across too many places. Tasks sit in one app, money somewhere else, wellbeing in your head, relationship reminders nowhere, and the things that really matter can easily get lost underneath whatever feels urgent.
I wanted one simple place to hold the practical, emotional and financial parts of life together.
That became Head, Heart and Pocket.
life.admin now helps people keep track of things like tasks, wellbeing, relationships, money, goals and the parts of life they want to pay more attention to — without trying to turn every part of life into a productivity system.
The app has evolved a lot while I’ve been building it. What started as a fairly simple organiser gradually became more about helping people see their life as a whole, notice what matters, and decide what they want to do next.
I’m not a traditional tech founder — I’m a social worker who has been learning to build useful tools. I’d really value feedback on whether the structure feels intuitive, what you find genuinely helpful, and what feels unnecessary.
