Lexio
Car rental management software for independent operators
Lexio is car rental management software for independent rental businesses: a drag-and-drop booking calendar, digital rental agreements signed on mobile, photo vehicle inspections at check-in/check-out, Stripe payments and Factur-X e-invoicing, GPS tracking, traffic-fine handling with driver designation, and multi-location support. 14-day free trial, no credit card. We also open-sourced our TypeScript tax-calculation engines on GitHub.
I run into independent car rental operators all the time who still juggle paper contracts, Excel planning and WhatsApp photos for vehicle inspections. The big fleet platforms are priced and designed for enterprises, so small operators get left behind. I built Lexio to give a solo operator or a small multi-location rental business the same digital workflow as the big players: one tool that goes from booking to signed contract to photo check-in/check-out to invoice. Along the way we open-sourced the calculation engines we built for French vehicle taxes and rental paperwork, so anyone can verify our math.
