Hi PH! I'm building Lexedes for the Turkish legal market.
The problem: Turkish case law lives on several government sites, each with keyword-only search. If you phrase a question differently than the judge who wrote the decision, you simply don't find it and lawyers lose hours to this every week. General AI assistants don't help either: they can't reach Turkish case law and cheerfully invent case numbers.
What we built:
• Semantic search over 1M+ decisions (Court of Cassation, Council of State, regional courts, Constitutional Court, data-protection board, tax rulings), ask in plain Turkish, get the relevant paragraph, not just a hit list.
• Petition drafting where every citation resolves to a real decision in the corpus; anything unverified is flagged.
• A browser-based editor for UDF, the format the Turkish e-justice system (UYAP) requires. The official editor needs Java and breaks on macOS; ours needs nothing.
Free, no signup: UDF editor, UDF↔PDF/Word converters, and a daily quota of semantic case-law searches.
Happy to answer anything about building AI products for a non-English legal system, the retrieval and citation-verification side has been the hard part.
