Hi Product Hunt,
I built Lesspe because every expense-splitting app I tried either put basic features behind a subscription or capped how much I could log for free. Splitting a dinner bill shouldn't need a paid plan.
So Lesspe has no premium tier at all. Unlimited groups, unlimited expenses, every split method -- equally, exact amounts, percentages or shares -- and one expense can have several payers. When you settle, it computes the fewest transfers that clear the group.
Two things I care about:
Nobody is forced to install it. Add people by email and they're tracked as guests. If they join later, their history follows them.
It is not a payment app. Lesspe never holds or moves money -- it just records who owes whom, and you settle however you already pay each other.
It's free, funded by small non-personalized banner ads. No pop-ups, no full-screen, no video, no tracking across apps.
