I've been using Lertaro for a while now and it's become an indispensable part of my Windows workflow. It's essentially Everything + Listary combined — millisecond search, FZF-style fuzzy matching, pinyin alias support, and a plugin SDK that actually lets you extend things. The developer is incredibly responsive too — multiple updates daily, issues get fixed fast. If you're tired of Windows Search or looking for a modern open-source alternative, give it a shot.
