Lemma
Open-source ChatGPT Space + Dots for your whole team
Open-source Space + Dots + Lovable for teams. Give AI teammates ongoing responsibilities, shared knowledge, and the tools to act. They delegate to each other, bring in the right human for approval on Slack or WhatsApp, and carry the work through to completion. Everyone works from the same context, with clear ownership and permissions. What your team teaches them becomes shared instructions and repeatable workflows. Choose your models. Keep your team's knowledge.
Hey Product Hunt 👋,
Space and Dots have everyone imagining what working with AI could look like. Here’s our take: the whole team should be able to work with the same AI teammates.
That’s what we’re building with Lemma - an open-source workspace where humans and AI share knowledge, take responsibility, and get work done together.
Give an AI teammate an ongoing responsibility. It can bring in another AI teammate, ask the right human for approval on Slack/WhatsApp/teams, and continue through to completion. Your colleague can pick up the same work with its context intact.
And what your team teaches it can become part of how it works tomorrow: shared instructions, remembered decisions, repeatable workflows.
The part that makes them helpful over time: your team’s experience becomes something the whole team can use.
Choose your models. Run Lemma yourself or use our cloud. Keep your team’s knowledge as your AI choices change.
Try it at lemma.work, or explore the open-source project.
Hey everyone, Ayush here, cofounder with Prashant. He covered the why, so here are a few things I'd add for anyone who wants to look under the hood:
→ It builds the tools it needs. That's the "Lovable" part of our tagline. Give a teammate a job and it can create what that job requires: a table to track leads, a workflow with an approval step, or a small app your team works from.
→ Its memory is yours to read. What it learns goes into tables and files in your workspace, not a hidden memory. Open them, correct them, or export the whole workspace as plain files.
→ Bring what you already pay for. Run it on your laptop with your existing Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode subscription, use your own API keys, or run local models. Changing models later doesn't mean starting over.
→ Reach it where your team already is: Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail and Outlook, plus an API.
→ Open source: AGPLv3 core, Apache-2.0 CLI and SDKs. Self-host with Docker Compose or use Lemma Cloud.
If you already use Claude Code or Codex, `lemma skills install` teaches your agent how to build on Lemma. Setup is in the repo: github.com/lemma-work/lemma-platform
Question for you: what's the first recurring job you'd hand to an AI teammate? We're reading every reply.
