Hi Product Hunt — I built LeaseLume after noticing that move-in evidence often ends up scattered across a camera roll, notes, and memory. The app is designed for one specific job: record what you observed, freeze an exact move-in version, create a separate move-out record later, and compare the two without silently rewriting history.
Inspection content stays on the device. You can start locally without an account and review a masked preview before choosing the one-time Property Pack for that exact property and rental cycle. LeaseLume organizes user-entered facts; it does not decide fault, damage value, deposit outcomes, or legal validity.
I would value feedback on the inspection flow, the clarity of the reports, and anything that would make the evidence trail easier to understand.
