I built LeadForge AI after watching sales teams juggle 4-5 different tools just to run one outbound campaign — a lead database here, an email sequencer there, a separate inbox to track replies, and a spreadsheet pretending to be a CRM.
The part that took the longest to get right wasn't the lead search or the campaigns — it was the AI reply classification. Early versions kept flagging "interested" replies as follow-ups, which is the worst possible failure mode for a sales tool. After a lot of iteration with Claude, it now reliably separates genuine interest from auto-replies and OOO messages, so reps only see what actually needs their attention.

Loved how LeadForge ties enrichment, outreach, and reply classification together, that reply sorting alone saves a ton of time. One thing that would really round it out is a built-in LinkedIn step in the sequence, something like auto-sending a connection request or a short note a few days before the email goes out. Most of my buyers check LinkedIn long before they open cold email, and right now I'd still have to bounce to another tool to do that part.
