Small, service based businesses are relying on generic, static contact form from 2009. No matter how much is spent on advertising - the actual conversion point for most businesses - sucks. Leadfire is our attempt at fixing that - engaging visitors directly, discussing their intent and collecting as much information as possible before qualifying the lead (preferred area, job type, requirements). This gives small businesses the information they need, directly - before picking up the phone.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Leadfire because I think contact forms are one of the most outdated parts of the modern website.
Most visitors don’t arrive neatly ready to “submit an enquiry”. They arrive with questions, doubts, intent and context. But instead of giving them answers, most websites ask them to fill in a form, wait for a reply, and hope nothing gets lost in translation.
That feels broken.
Leadfire turns your website into something people can actually converse with. It can answer questions instantly, capture the right contact details, qualify enquiries, and send structured leads straight to WhatsApp — so businesses can respond while the visitor is still interested.
The goal isn’t to replace people. It’s to stop wasting good opportunities at the exact moment someone is ready to talk.
I’d love your feedback, especially from founders, agencies and small business owners who still rely on contact forms.
What do you think — are contact forms finally past it?

Who hunted Leadfire?
Leadfire was hunted by Glenn Bennett. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
