LeadAce is a Claude Code plugin that runs outbound sales end-to-end: it researches each prospect, writes a real per-prospect email, sends from your own inbox, checks replies, and improves the strategy. No mass-mailer, no shared warmup pool. Hosted free tier or full self-host (open source, modified Apache 2.0). Public Beta. Built in Tokyo.
Leo here, maker of LeadAce. I run a small company in Tokyo. LeadAce is a Claude Code plugin that runs outbound sales for you. Some context on why we built it:
I am bad at cold email. I tried several "AI SDR" tools, and the emails they wrote were not something I could send. Most of them put one LinkedIn fact into a template and call it personalization. So we built an agent that reads the prospect's website first, and then writes the email.
Some details:
• It runs as a Claude Code plugin, not as a separate dashboard. If you already work in Claude Code, there is no new app to check every day.
• Emails are sent from your own Gmail. There is no shared warmup pool, so your sending reputation stays separate from other users.
• The backend is open source (modified Apache 2.0). You can use the hosted version at app.leadace.ai, or self-host on your own Cloudflare + Supabase (Cloudflare Workers Paid plan, about $5/mo).
• Free tier: 5 outreach actions per day (100 lifetime cap), 500 prospects, no card needed.
• It is a Public Beta. Recipients in US / CA / JP are supported today. UK and AU are next on the compliance roadmap. EU stays blocked until we can support it correctly.
• When a prospect says no, the reason comes back as structured data (too expensive / wrong timing / not the decision maker / missing feature), attached to the company. The next round of targeting uses that data.
To be honest about the limits:
• It is not a volume tool. It writes each email one by one, so it is slower than mass mailers.
• It is a beta, so there is no enterprise-grade SLA yet.
• It is not for spammers. Do-not-contact and unsubscribe handling are built in, and you cannot turn them off.
I would love feedback on:
• Was anything confusing in the /leadace onboarding?
• What would make you choose self-host instead of the hosted version?
• What was the first thing you tried that did not work?

Who hunted LeadAce?
LeadAce was hunted by Leo UNO. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
