I built Lead Recorder to solve a problem I kept running into with clients: proving where their actual leads were coming from without drowning in GA4 reports. GA4 gives you aggregate metrics, session IDs, and conversion event counts, but it does not tell you the name of the person who filled out your form or clicked your phone number, nor does it clearly show the exact ad or page path that brought them there. Lead Recorder is a single script tag placed directly in your site header. It works across WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Framer, and custom builds without needing cookies or consent banners. The snippet captures form submissions, click-to-call taps, and booking links, then matches them with the traffic source, search keyword, landing page, and full page journey prior to conversion. You get a live feed of actual leads with simple shareable links for client reporting, backed by flat monthly pricing with zero per-lead or per-minute overages. If you manage marketing campaigns for your own business or for agency clients, I would love your feedback on the setup and reporting. I am in the comments all day to answer any questions about the integration or tracking mechanics.

Hey all, Tom here, I built this.

Clients kept asking me two questions I couldn't answer properly. "Are these leads any good?" and "where did that one actually come from?" GA4 talks in sessions and conversion counts. The CRM tells you about the lead but nothing about what created it. Neither answers what the person is actually asking.

Lead Recorder is one script tag in your header. It catches form submissions, click-to-call taps and bookings, then matches each one to the ad, search or post that brought them in. Works on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Framer. No cookies, so no consent banner.

The bit agencies seem to like most is the shareable client link. Instead of explaining a dashboard, you send the client a page showing where their leads came from, in plain English.

Pricing is flat. No per-lead or per-minute charges, so the bill doesn't move when a client has a busy month. There's a free forever plan.

It's tracked 1,145 real leads so far and two things surprised me: 52% came through phone taps rather than forms, and nearly half landed outside business hours.

Keen for feedback, especially from anyone running campaigns for clients.
